ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings issued by respondent No.3 vide Ref.No.997/2024, dated 27.11.2024, whereby the petitioner’s authorization was suspended without conducting any enquiry. However, during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the petitioner’s authorization was cancelled vide Ref.No.C/997/2024, dated 23.08.2024. 2. In view of the same, Sri Habibulla Shaik, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with a liberty to challenge the cancellation proceedings dated 23.08.2024. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the cancellation proceedings dated 23.08.2024. There shall be no order as to costs.
