Learned State counsel has produced written instructions dated 1.9.2025 before this Court and as per which the petitioner's representation is pending consideration before the higher authority. 4. The instruction specifically indicates that aspect of petitioner's posting in the hospital concerned at Kanpur Nagar is under active consideration. 5. In view of above, the opposite party no. 1 or any other competent authority is directed to take final decision with regard to petitioner's grievance expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order is submitted before the opposite party no. 1. 6.
