Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with following main prayers:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondents to forthwith issue the Death Certificate of the petitioner's husband Late Vijay Bahadur (who expired on 20.02.2025) and also to provide the certified copy of the Pariwar Register, as applied for by the petitioner through various representations. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representations dated 28.03.2025, 29.03.2025, 31.07.2025 and 02.04.2025 (and other representations, if any), within a fixed time-frame as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. iii. Issue a writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to extend the benefit of all applicable Government Schemes, financial assistance and welfare measures available to a widow, on the basis of the Death Certificate and Pariwar Register." 3. We believe that the petitioner has already moved a representation to the appropriate authority, copy of which has been filed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition.
