The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Putki PS Case No. 28 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 64(2)(m), 89, 319(1) of the B.N.S, 2023. 3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the informant was having love affair with the petitioner since very long and without any resistance she was in alleged relationship with the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2025 as such, he may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial 2025:JHHC:14722 2 Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Putki PS Case No. 28 of 2025. 6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial Court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall cooperate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
