This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opp. party no.3 to conduct a fair and proper investigation, in pursuance of first information report dated 16.02.2024 lodged in case crime no. 0032/2024 under section 328, 302 IPC, at registered at Police Station-Aliganj, District Lucknow, so that the petitioner could get justice, contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition; to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.3 to arrest the accused person/opp. party no.4 to 7, in pursuance of first information report dated 16.02.2024 lodged in case crime no. 0032/2024 under section 328, 302 IPC, at registered at Police Station -Aliganj, District Lucknow." 3. Learned A.G.A. has placed instructions dated 12.09.2025 duly signed by Inspector- Mr. Dinesh Kumar Singh, Police Station- Aliganj, District- Lucknow, which are taken on record. 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of the aforesaid instructions, submits that the investigation is going on and the same will be concluded expeditiously.
