The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "a. Issue a writ order or directions in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties no.2 to 4 to remove the illegal and forcible possession of the opposite parties no.7 to 10 over the land khata no.513, Gata No.381 area 0.1700 hectare which is recorded as Khaliyan and Khata No.504, Gata No.176 area 0.4110 hectare which is recorded as Banjar land for public utility situated at Village- Baithu, Pargana- Baraunsa, Tehsil- Jaisinghpur, District- Sultanpur." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner neither claimed to be the owner nor having any rights over the land, prima facie it could not be demonstrated as to violation of any constitutional or statutory rights of the petitioner, as such, the petition at the instance of the petitioner is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
