The present application u/s 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 21.12.2024 passed by Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar, in Case No. 588 of 2024 (Nakali and others vs. State of U.P. and others), whereby revisional court dismissed the revision at the stage of admission against the order dated 21.9.2024 passed by A.C.J.M., Court No. 2, Muzaffarnagar, to commit the case to Session Court for trial as cross case. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
