Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "I. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, State commanding authorities/opposite party nos. 2 to 3, to ensure fair and proper investigation of Case Crime No. 0199/2025, U/s- 87, 137 (2) BNS lodged on 19.07.2025 at Police Station Khodare, District Gonda and get it concluded to its logical end, contained as Annexure No. 2; II. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite party no. 2 to take suitable decision on the representation of petitioner dated 08.08.2025 for transferring investigation of Case Crime No. 0199/2025, U/s-87, 137 (2) BNS lodged on 19.07.2025 at Police Station Khodare, District Gonda to some other nearby Police Station of Gonda, contained as Annexure No.1." 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submits that in the case in question, the charge-sheet under Section 137(2) B.N.S. dated 10.08.2025 has been prepared against the accused, namely, Anil Nishad s/o Dukhharan Nishad and the same has been forwarded to the Supervisory Authority who will forward it to the Court concerned after examination. 4.
