An application has been filed today in Court by Shri Piyush Mishra, Advocate, which is taken on record, seeking to intervene in the proceedings, however, as the matter is being finally decided, no order is required to be passed on the said application. 2. Present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 14.07.2025 whereby the interim application preferred by the petitioner while filing an appeal has been decided. 3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the appeal was admitted vide order dated 14.07.2025 and thereafter, the interim application has been rejected without fixing any date and without any opportunity of hearing. 4. Considering the fact that no date was fixed for hearing of the interim application and the date was fixed only for hearing the appeal on admission, order dated 14.07.2025 insofar as it rejects the interim application is set aside.
