Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application u/s 483 has been filed for a direction to decide the present Crl. Case bearing Crl. Case No. 16910 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 152 of 2022 under sections 323 and 498A of IPC and section 3/4 of D.P. Act P.S. Tarabganj District Gonda. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant quoting the aforesaid prayer submits that the matter is still pending consideration since 2022 and the applicant is suffering due to delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the Court below to conclude the trial proceedings in Case No.16910 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 152 of 2022 under sections 323 and 498A of IPC and section 3/4 of D.P. Act P.S. Tarabganj District Gonda within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. The counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. 5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the proceeding of Case No. 16910 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 152 of 2022 under sections 323 and 498A of IPC and section 3/4 of D.P. Act P.S. Tarabganj District Gonda, in Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Faiz Ahmad Khan Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Smt. Shaheen .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Its Secy. Home Lko.
