Heard Sri Farhan Alam Osmany, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vinod Kumar Yadav, learned AGA for the State- opposite parties no.1 & 2 and Mohd. Afghan Khan alongwith Sri Jai Shukla, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.3. Said Vakalatnama is taken on record. 2. By means of this petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned FIR bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0307 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 191(2), 308(5), 308(7), 351(3) & 352 of B.N.S., Police Station- Vibhuti Khand, District- Lucknow East (Commissionerate Lucknow). 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he does not want to press the prayers made in the instant writ petition and has requested that this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law and direction may be issued to decide the anticipatory bail application expeditiously. 4. Considering the aforesaid request of learned counsel for the petitioner, we hereby dispose of this writ petition finally at the admission stage giving liberty to the present petitioner to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law within a period of two weeks from today and if the anticipatory bail application is filed within the aforesaid Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Farhan Alam Osmany, Mriza Fazal Ali Beg Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Jai Shukla, Mohd.
