Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Sub- Inspector of Police, Mantralayam Police Station, Kurnool District wherein it is stated that after due investigation, the Police have filed a charge sheet on 02.01.2020 vide C.C.No.79 of 2020 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Yemmiganur and that the case is posted to 07.03.2025. 3. In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide C.C.No.79 of 2020 has already been filed on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Yemmiganur, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforesaid charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
