Krishna Mohan) In W.P.No.9072 of 2019, by virtue of the orders of this Court dated 29.04.2025 as the learned counsel for the petitioner on record has already given up vakalat for the petitioner, the matter has been adjourned to make an alternative arrangement by the petitioner before the next date of hearing. But, when it is listed today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through her counsel. Hence it is to be presumed that she is not interested in pursuing the matter. 3. Insofar as the W.P.No.9074 of 2019 is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner inspite of his best efforts to contact her. 4. In view of these facts and circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue these writ petitions. 5. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for default.
