Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the trial court/ACJM, Bahraich to decide the Case No. 30670 of 2021; Sate Vs. Mahipal, arising out of Case Crime No. 305 of 2018, under Section 3/7 of E.C. Act, Police Station Ram Gaon, District Bahraich, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2018, but even after passing of six years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court/ACJM, Bahraich is directed to decide the Case No. 30670 of 2021; Sate Vs. Mahipal, arising out of Case Crime No. 305 of 2018, under Section 3/7 of E.C.
