Today when the matter is taken up, Sri Mahammed Nayab Rasool, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in pursuance of the order, dated 02.05.2024, the District Collector, Srikakulam, passed a speaking order vide reference No.R.Dis.702/2025/E2 dated 11.09.2025. 3. Given the speaking order, dated 11.09.2025, this Court does not find any violation of the order, dated 02.05.2024. 4. Hence, this contempt case is closed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner to challenge the speaking order passed vide reference No. R.Dis.702/2025/E2 dated 11.09.2025, if she is still aggrieved. No costs.
