Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the material placed on record. 2. In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to respondents No. 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the opposite party nos. 1 to 3 to see that the petitioners are not harassed or victimized due to pendency of Case Crime No. 0086 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(3), 352 BNS. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the opposite party nos. 1 to 3 from raiding the house of the petitioners and threatening them in any manner with injury to their life and limb solely on the ground of civil dispute and FIR No. 0086 of 2025. " 4. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has informed that in the present case, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the supervisory authority and the same may be sent to the Court concerned very soon. 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is consigned to record. However, it is always open for the aggrieved Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Amitesh Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Arpit Soni And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru.
