The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S Case No. 31 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 111(2), 111(3), 111(4) and 338 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(C), 66(D), 67, 67A of Information Technology Act and Section 42(3)(c) of the Telecommunication Act, 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned Additional Sessions Judge- II- cum- Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. She further submits that only one mobile phone has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and no incriminating articles have been recovered to show the complicity of the petitioner and he is in custody since 10.04.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent; hence, he may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail of the Petitioner. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond 2025:JHHC:14731 2 of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II- cum- Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad, in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S Case No. 31 of 2025. It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
