Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record copy of office letter dated 22.07.2025 and on that basis submits that remaining retiral benefits due and admissible to the petitioner have been released in his favour yesterday (22.07.2025). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the above fact, but submits that interest on account of 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 CWP No.13286 of 2024, decided on 21.11.2024 2 delayed payment has not been paid to the petitioner by the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondent disputes the above fact and submits that all admissible benefits including the interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits stand released to the petitioner. Taking note of above submissions, present execution petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances in accordance with law.
