O R D E R This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 05.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.34055 of 2017 thereby permitted the petitioner to perform pooja in respect of Arulmigu Sakthi vinayakar and Pottusamy Kovil, Nanjaiuthukuli village, Chavadipalayampudur, Modakkurichi Taluk, Erode District without creating any law and order problem with the counter party. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, as directed that the petitioner is not permitted to conduct daily poojas for Arulmigu Sakthi vinayakar and Pottusamy Kovil, Nanjaiuthukuli village, Chavadipalayampudur, Modakkurichi Taluk, Erode District. 3. The learned Government Advocate filed a status report dated 08.07.2025 on behalf of the first and third respondents. On perusal of the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.1237 of 2025 status report reveals that the petitioner was handed over with the key of the said temple and he is now regularly performing poojas. Further, there is no interference caused by the respondents. 4.
