Case No. 127 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 8(C) read with section 15(c), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned N.D.P.S. Judge-cum-Principal Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Ranchi. 3. On 23.11.2024, N.C.B., Ranchi intercepted a truck bearing registration no. JH 05BW 8778 near Sharma Jee Line Hotel, Rampur NH-33 Tata-Ranchi Road. On search, 4348.8 kgs. of poppy straw was recovered from the said truck. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither arrested at the spot, nor anything was recovered from his possession. 5. Mr. Anil Kumar, learned A.S.G.I submitted that from the CDR report, it appears that those persons who were arrested at the spot, were in constant touch on mobile phone with this petitioner. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned N.D.P.S. Judge-cum-Principal Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Ranchi in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 127 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
