Heard Ms. Pratibha Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri S.N. Tilhari, learned AGA for the State and Ms. Ritika Singh, Advocate has filed 'Vakalatnama' for opposite party no. 4, same is taken on record. 2. By means of this petition the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the FIR dated 6.6.2025, vide Case Crime No. 177 of 2025 u/s 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 115(2), 351(3), 324(4) BNS and 3(1)(da), 3(1)(gha), 3(2)(va) S.C./S.T. Act, P.S. Majhgai, District Kheri. 3. Sri Tilhari has produced the copy of instruction letter dated 22.8.2025, same is taken on record. In the aforesaid instruction letter it has been indicated that after investigation the charge-sheet has been prepared and produced before the Supervisory Authority, the same may be sent to the court very soon. 4. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present case, therefore, this writ petition is consigned to records. 5. If the final report is still before the Supervisory Authority an appropriate application may be filed before the supervisory authority and if final report has been sent to the court then the appropriate application may be filed before the court concerned for redressal of the grievance.
