Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Pradeep Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 & 4. 2. Present petition has been filed stating that despite being granted admission, respondent no.6/School is not permitting admission which, according to him, is violation of his rights under Art. 21A of Constitution of India. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 made an offer that the petitioner can choose from any of the five schools as contained in the communication handed over across the Bar. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, based upon instructions, states that the petitioner is ready and willing to take admission in the school which is at Sl. No.5 i.e. Study Home School, Indira Nagar, Lucknow. 5. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 states that if the petitioner approaches respondent no.3, he would issue necessary instructions for admission of the petitioner in the said school. 6. In view thereof, present petition is disposed off permitting the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Abhinav Bhattacharya, Abeer Mishr, Abhishek Srivastava, Dhruv Duggal, Pramod Kumar Dwivedi, Sandesh Sinha Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Pradeep Tiwari Master Pragyan Singh Yadav Minor Thru.
