Heard Mr. Ankit Kumar Pandey learned counsel for the petitioners, learned State counsel for opposite party No.1, Mr. Ranvijay Singh, learned counsel for opposite party No.2 and Dr. Uday Veer Singh, learned counsel for opposite parties 3 and 4. 2. Petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS no commanding and directing the opposite parties to pay the salary to the petitioners for the post of Head Master/Headmistress and also pay the arrear in light of the judgment passed in Special Appeal bearing 652/SAPL/2024 Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board & others versus Tripurari Dubey & others in the interest of justice. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the opposite parties to decide the representation dated 28.07.2025 of the petitioners in the light of in light of the judgment passed in Special Appeal bearing no 652/SAPL/2024 Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board & others versus Tripurari Dubey & others within a stipulated time contained as ANNEXURE NO 4 to this writ petition." 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representations before Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ankit Kumar Pandey, Hairdaya Narain Tiwari, Hari Mangal Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Ran Vijay Singh, Uday Veer Singh Manoj Gupta And 23 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
