Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a copy of instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Narasaraopet I Town Police Station, Palnadu District, the case was investigated by the Investigating Officer, and confirmed that the accused was falsely implicated in the said offence and the case was referred as false.
