[2025:RJ-JP:20597] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-5277/2025] Station-Sanjay Circle, District-Jaipur City (North) for offences under Sections 3, 4, 25, 25(6) of the Arms Act and Sections 111(3), 111(4) of the BNS.
2. Since both the bail applications arise out of common FIR, therefore these cases are being decided by a single order.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in these cases. He submits that the Police has involved them on concocted and fabricated grounds. There is no criminal antecedents against the petitioners- Mohammad Shahrookh @ Malang and Firoj Khan @ Saddam and they both are behind the Bar since 26.03.2025. Counsel further submits that though there is pendency of case against the petitioner-Faizan Alias Anda but he is behind the Bar since
21.03.2025. The trial of the case may take considerable time, hence the bail applications of the petitioners may be allowed.
5. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail applications.
6. On consideration of the rival submission and material available on record and deliberating all the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners.
