Shri Arshad Hafeez, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Arshad Jameel, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri Mohd. Ashraf, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2/complainant submit that the parties have arrived at a compromise which has been reduced to writing. In view of the compromise the complainant does not wish to prosecute the instant criminal case. The compromise has been duly verified by the learned trial court pursuant to order dated 13.06.2025 passed in Application under Section 482 No. 5030 of 2025. The parties had appeared before the trial court. The trial court after determining the identities of the parties has duly verified the compromise. The verification report by the trial court is also appended to the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. In this wake, the Criminal Case No. 20535 of 2019 (State vs. Nahid Jahan), Case Crime No. 536 of 2018 under Section 66 I.T. Act, Police Station Hazratganj, Lucknow as well as the impugned chargesheet dated 18.10.2018 in Case Crime No. 536 of 2018 under Section 66 I.T. Act, Police Station Hazratganj, Lucknow and the proceedings of summoning order dated 20.04.2019 are quashed.
