Act, Police Station- Jayas, District- Amethi; (State of U.P. Versus Nazma & others), pending before the learned Court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Court No. 19, Raebareli, within some short specific period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the circumstances of the case. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2023. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub- served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid.
