2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No. 07/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 302, 458, 504 & 506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Shera Samson, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra.
3. On 17.01.2023, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and assaulted his sister-in-law Meena Devi due to which she succumbed to her injuries.
4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 7183/2023.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Shera Samson, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra or his successor in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No. 07/2023.
