Also heard Ms. N. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Nijara Kalita, was granted interim bail by this Court by order Page No.# 2/2 dated 21.07.2025 and the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court. He submits that even before filing of the instant anticipatory bail application, the petitioner had appeared before the Investigating Officer on four different occasions. He submits that as the petitioner is co-operating in the investigation and is ready to continue to co-operate in the in the investigation, the interim bail granted to her may be made absolute. 3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Changsari P.S. Case No. 129/2025 and has submitted that though there are incriminating materials against the petitioner in the case diary, however, it appears that she has appeared before the Investigating Officer and her statement has also been recorded under Section 180 of BNSS. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides and have perused the case diary. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to her by this Court by order dated 21.07.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact. 6.
