A request has been made on behalf of the petitioner for adjourning the matter, however, as the matter involves landlord - tenant dispute, the request is rejected. 2. The order impugned is an order passed in appeal whereby the appellate Court proceeded to allow the application for vacation of the tenanted premises. 3. The appellate Court vide impugned judgment considered the bonafide need as was alleged and proved, and allowed the appeal. 4. No interference is called for. 5.
