Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned for selecting petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Worker in the Centre concerned. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner at the very outset submits that inadvertently, the order dated 19.07.2025 rejecting petitioner's earlier representation could not be challenged. He therefore seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh. 4. Considering aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh.
