The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the father of the petitioner who had taken a loan has died and the petitioner has moved a representation to the bank to adjust the amount outstanding, from the account of the father of the petitioner who is no more. 2. Considering the fact that the application is pending before the respondent no.3 and the matter has to be decided by the respondent no.2, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application before the respondent no.2, who will consider and pass orders on the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law before proceeding to recover the amount. 3.
