This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for impleadment of the opposite party No. 2/contemnor No. 2 in Cont.Cas(C) No. 615/2024, as necessary party for proper adjudication of the dispute. 3. Mr. Mollah, learned counsel for the applicant submits that Shri Bikash Das, AFS, Director of Pension, Assam is a necessary party and he is required to be impleaded as contemnor No. 2 in Cont.Cas(C) No. 615/2024. 4. Ms. Das, learned counsel for the opposite party/contemnor No. 1 submits that she has no objection in the event of allowing this application. 5. Taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is inclined to allow this application. 6. Accordingly, Shri Bikash Das, AFS, Director of Pension, Assam be impleaded as contemnor No. 2 in Cont.Cas(C) No. 615/2024. 7. Mr. Mollah, learned counsel for the applicant shall file amended cause title in Cont.Cas(C) No. 615/2024, within a week from today. 8. In terms of above, this I.A. stands allowed.
