Goswami, learned counsel appearing Page No.# 2/2 for the N. F. Railways. 2. From the records of the case, it is seen that L.A. Appeal No.4/2018, District- Goalpara has arisen out of L.A. (Reference) Case No. 96/2010 and the claimant was Kunja Khaklary @ Kunjaram Khaklary of Village – Bagulamari, Police Station-Dudhnoi, District-Goalpara. 3. However, in the judgment and order dated 22.12.2023 at page No.27, Srl. No.VII with regard to L. A. Appeal No. 4/2018 arising out of L.A. (Reference) Case No. 96/2010 instead of ‘Kunja Khaklary @ Kunjaram Khaklary’ it has been wrongly typed as ‘Anil Chandra Daimary’. 4. Hence, this application by the applicant for correction of such typographical error that occurred in the judgment and order dated 22.12.2023. 5. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties, it is directed that wherever the word ‘Anil Chandra Daimary’ appears in the judgment and order dated 22.12.2023, the same shall be read as ‘Kunja Khaklary @ Kunjaram Khaklary’. 6. This order shall be read together with the judgment and order dated 22.12.2023 passed in said L.A. Appeal No. 04/2018 and other connected appeals. 7.
