Admittedly against the impugned punishment order dated 12.06.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, the petitioner has a remedy of filing an appeal before the appellate authority. 3. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from today. 4. In case such an appeal is filed. the appellate authority shall proceed to decide the same on merits in accordance with law and relevant rules which appeal would be decided within a further period of six weeks from the date the said appeal is filed.
