THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION NO: 10752/2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 5th respondent in failing to register the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.03.2025. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.03.2025 will be considered by the respondents, as per the law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner’s complaint dated 28.03.2025, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”). 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
