By means of this petition the petitioner seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 12.7.2025 bearing FIR/Case Crime No. 0184 of 2025, for the offence under Section 126(2), 352, 351(2), 109, 3(5) of Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita (BNS), 2023, registered at Police Station Chowk, District Lucknow. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties have strongly opposed the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that the petitioner may be given liberty to file an anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law and direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition. 4. Therefore, without entering into the merits of the issue and on the request of the counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of this writ petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to file anticipatory bail application before the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shwetabh Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
