Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority for sanctioning ex gratia payment in terms of Government Order dated Ist June, 2021 since petitioner's husband passed away while on COVID duty on 30th April, 2021. 3. With regard to such consideration petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 4th March 2025, which is still pending consideration. 4. In view thereof, party No.3 i.e. District Magistrate, District Etah is directed to take a decision on the aforesaid representation dated 4th March 2025, expeditiously, within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of the representation dated 4th March 2025, along with certified copy of this order. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
