The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has submitted the representation only on 23.08.2025 through post 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.(MD)No.1157 of 2025 and it has been received only on 25.08.2025 (today). Since the petitioner has approached the respondent Police in the last minute, necessary orders have to be obtained from the Revenue Divisional Officer as per G.O.No.598 dated 09.08.2018. 3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to consider the case of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
