Shri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent contemnor states that the order of writ court dated 22.05.2024 passed in Writ A No. 3966 of 2024 alleging non compliance of which instant contempt application has been filed was for deciding the representation of the petitioner. Shri Sharma states that representation of the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 02.04.2025, a copy of which has been given to learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, considering that the representation of the petitioner/applicant has been decided, as such it cannot be said that the respondents now run in contempt of the order passed by the writ court.
