By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks disposal of a matrimonial suit bearing No. 487 of 2024 (Ankur @ J.P. Vs. Sukriti @ Priya). 3. Having considered the aforesaid submissions and from the perusal of the extracts of the order sheets which have been brought on record as annexure no. 3, the Court finds that the suit was filed in July, 2024, however, the defendant of the suit has put in appearance on 01.04.2025 whereafter the matter is fixed for filing of the written statements. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, where the pleadings have yet not been complete, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage, however, leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the court concerned and needless to say that in case if such an application is moved, the same shall be considered by the court concerned and pass appropriate orders thereon. 5. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that in case if any cause for expedition in future, this order may not come in way of the petitioner.
