Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are some anomalies in the allotment order dated 12.3.2024 in which the challan number and the date could not be mentioned in paragraph 4 of the allotment document, as such the petitioner has moved an Digitally signed by GOPAL SINGH Date: 2025.04.17 13:54:19 +0530 2 application for correction of the same which is pending before the Collector, Raipur. Hence, this petition has been filed for necessary direction to the Collector to do the needful. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents submits that the petitioner should have approached before the authority concerned for redressal of her grievance. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, which go to show that the challan has been filed on 13.6.2023, the Collector, Raipur is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the petitioner on 15.10.2024 while making relevant corrections in paragraph 4 of the allotment paper as early as possible. 4.
