As the matter relates to matrimonial dispute, this Court while entertaining the application referred the matter to the Mediation Centre of this Court vide order dated 24.05.2024 for amicably settlement of the dispute between the parties. 2. In compliance thereof, Registrar (Mediation)/In-charge, AHCMCC, has sent report dated 19.07.2024 to the effect that applicant has not complied with the Court order with regard to deposit of money till 18.07.2024 and thus, the notice could not be issued to the parties by the mediation centre. 3. Today, when the case is taken up, none appeared on behalf of the applicants even in the revised call of the case list to press the application, it shows that applicants does not want to pursue the matter. 4. In view of the earlier order and the report submitted by the Registrar (Mediation)/In-charge, AHCMCC, dated 19.07.2024, the instant application stands dismissed. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
