While placing on record communication dated 5.7.2025, issued under the signature of Divisional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Nalagarh, learned Proxy Counsel appearing for the non-applicant/respondent, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, stands complied with. Having perused aforesaid communication, this court finds that in terms of judgment dated 14.10.2024, respondent after having considered case of the petitioner, has released due and admissible retiral benefits to the petitioner. Sum of Rs. 15,48,395/- has been paid as DCRG vide cheque No.218701 dated 16.6.2025 and sum of Rs.11,20,240/- on account of leave encashment vide cheque No. 218740 dated 5.7.2025. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, same are closed with liberty to the applicant/petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law qua surviving grievance, if any.
