Shanta Singh, learned counsel appearing for the applicants, Mr. Boboy Potsangbam, learned CGSC appearing for the respondents No. 1, 2 & 3 and Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondent No. 4. [2] The present application has been filed with a prayer for deleting the respondents No. 1 & 2 from the cause title of the connected WP (C) No. 645 of 2023 and in their place for impleading the Secretary, ICAR, Manipur as respondent No. 1 on the ground that the said Secretary, ICAR Manipur is the proper and necessary party. [3] Mr. Boboy Potsangbam, learned CGSC and Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present application. [4] Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court is of KABORA MBAM SAPANA CHANU Digitally signed by KABORAMBAM SAPANA CHANU Date: 2025.07.25 12:51:57 +05'30' Page 2 the considered view that deletion of the original respondent No. 1 & 2 in the connected writ petition and that Impleadment of the Secretary, ICAR, Manipur in their place is necessary for deciding the issue raised in the connected writ petition. [5] Accordingly, the present application is allowed. [6] Registry is directed to delete the name of respondents No. 1 & 2 from the cause title of the connected WP (C) No. 645 of 2023 and in their place the name of Secretary, ICAR, Manipur, be impleaded as respondent No. 1.
