The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Raipur (C.G.) has sent his request letter dated 13.12.2024 for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the statement of 5 witnesses have been recorded and statement of 5 witnesses are yet to be recorded. Hence, a prayer is made for extension of time in conclusion of the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
