Supplementary affidavit, filed by learned counsel for the petitioner, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondent(s). 3. Present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 01.05.2025 passed by the respondent no.5 i.e. District Minority Welfare Officer, Shrawasti. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite parties to remove the seal from the building of the petitioner." 4. It is argued that in similar circumstances, this Court had interfered and had passed a judgment on 14.05.2025 in Writ - C No.4464 of 2025. 5. Adopting the same reasoning as contained in the judgment dated 14.05.2025, present petition is allowed on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 14.05.2025. Order dated 01.05.2025 is quashed. 6. It is directed that in case, the premises in question is sealed, the same shall be de- sealed, immediately.
