The instant petition has been filed seeking issuance of a direction to the Authorities concerned to transfer the petitioner to District- Moradabad by giving him benefit of Clause 5(iii) of the Annual Transfer Policy of the year 2025-26. 3. In view of the innocuous prayer being made, without going into the merits of the case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2, i.e., Commissioner, Food and Civil Supplies Department, UP, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously, within a period of eight weeks from the date, a certified copy of this order is produced before him. 4.
