Learned Additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of all the respondents. By relying on the counter affidavit of the Tahsildar, learned Additional Government Pleader states that it was concluded that the property in Survey No.279 of an extent of 4 acres 27 cents in Kombaipatty Village solely belongs to the church. He points out that the records mentioned the name of the Sarveswaran Church and not St.Xavier Church. 3. The petitioner has placed on record a communication dated 26.08.2022 to the Commissioner of the HR & CE Department.
