Though there was a delay of 6 days only in filing the appeal, however, considerable long time has been consumed in removing objections and there is a delay in re-filing the matter in the Registry after removing objections. In the application, no plausible reason has been assigned for condonation of delay in refiling the matter, however, in supplementary affidavit dated 10.6.2025 filed in support of these applications, reasons which caused delay in refiling the matter, have been satisfactory explained. In aforesaid facts and circumstances, delay in re- filing the matter as well as 6 days delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Applications stand disposed of.
